The full rehearsal, involving 13,000 participants from 48 parade formations, began at 7:00 a.m. along Le Duan Boulevard. This marks the fourth large-scale joint rehearsal held in Ho Chi Minh City, following more than two months of training exercises conducted across various provinces nationwide.
It is also the first daytime rehearsal featuring fighter jets, helicopters carrying flags, and flares being deployed, ahead of the official parade scheduled for the morning of April 30.
