HCMC – Many streets in HCMC saw less traffic on the morning of the 29th and final day of the old lunar year (February 16), with vehicles moving smoothly even during the 7 a.m. peak hour.
At several major intersections leading toward the city center, vehicles pass through traffic lights within a single cycle, without usual congestion.
