HCMC targets to join world’s top 100 cities

The first Congress of the HCMC Party Committee for the 2025-2030 tenure concluded on October 15, adopting 30 key development targets, three breakthrough programs, and 10 major tasks to guide the city’s path toward becoming a global, livable metropolis.
