Hilton Saigon appoints new executive chef

Hilton Saigon has named Arnaud Daleau as its new executive chef, bringing over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality to the hotel’s culinary team.

Daleau is expected to enhance the hotel’s dining offerings with his innovative and refined approach to gastronomy.

Daleau previously played a key role in launching the culinary operations at Fusion Original Saigon Centre, where he established a distinctive dining concept. Prior to that, he served as executive sous-chef at Park Hyatt Saigon, leading a team of 75 chefs across seven dining venues and setting new industry standards in fine dining.

As executive chef, Daleau will oversee all culinary operations at Hilton Saigon, including its signature restaurants, Residence Eleven and The Strand, as well as banquet services and in-room dining.
