Hilton Saigon has introduced the Bloom Elegance Afternoon Tea, marking its second collaboration with French beauty brand Lancôme, as the two partners continue to blend culinary craftsmanship with refined aesthetics.
Hilton Saigon said the collaboration reflects a shared philosophy centered on elegance, restraint and attention to detail, expressed through a carefully curated menu.
The afternoon tea set balances sweet and savory selections. Pastries such as Fraise Veloutée, Matcha Duo and Peach–Yuzu Bloom are paired with botanical-inspired creations, including Chamomile Botanical and Sakura Ichigo Noir.
Savory items include Pink Vitality Mini Brioche and tuna tataki with sakura salt, alongside beetroot-inspired bites designed to add contrast and texture. Each guest also receives a gift from Lancôme at the end of the service.
The Bloom Elegance Afternoon Tea is served daily from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Song Bar, The Strand, Gallery and Me Linh Lounge, priced at VND998,000++ for two guests, and is available throughout January 2026.
