Hoiana Resort & Golf will host a charity golf tournament next month to raise funds for educational programs supporting disadvantaged ethnic minority girls in rural Vietnam.
The Hoiana Brighter Path Charity Invitational 2025 is scheduled for September 20 at Hoiana Shores Golf Club, an 18-hole course ranked among the world’s top 100. The event, held in partnership with the VinaCapital Foundation (VCF), is expected to draw about 100 participants, including business leaders and international guests.
Players will compete in four divisions—A, B, C and Ladies—under the handicap-based stroke play format. All participation fees will be donated to VCF’s Brighter Path program, launched in 2010 to provide scholarships, mentorship and skills training for ethnic minority female students.
Since its inception, Brighter Path has assisted nearly 3,000 students, aiming to break cycles of poverty by improving access to education and future job opportunities. Organizers said the tournament seeks to combine sports networking with social impact.
The charity invitational underscores the growing role of Vietnam’s luxury resorts in social responsibility initiatives while spotlighting the country’s golfing destinations.
