HCMC – Around 350 businesses from 20 countries and territories are showcasing their equipment, products, services, and advanced technology solutions at the 3rd Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition (VILOG 2025) in HCMC.

VILOG 2025, running from July 31 to August 2 under the theme “Digital Transformation – Green Development in Logistics,” emphasizes the role of digital solutions and collaborative partnerships in advancing a more sustainable and efficient logistics sector.

VILOG 2025 features cutting-edge innovations in automation, artificial intelligence, IoT-enabled supply chains, and environmentally friendly transportation solutions.

It also provides a forum for policy discussions and the exchange of practical strategies to advance the green transition.

The exhibition sees strong collaboration from global logistics promotion organizations and associations, such as the World Cargo Alliance (WCA), World International Freight Forwarder Alliance (WIFFA), China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFA), and Vietnam Association for Logistics Manpower Development (VALOMA).

Joining them are leading industry players including Nippon Express, Vietnam Post, Saigon Newport Corporation, and Transimex.

Nguyen Anh Son, director general of the Agency of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, said that with an average annual growth rate of 14-16% and accounting for about 4-5% of the national GDP, the logistics sector is evolving from a supporting service into a vital pillar of both domestic and international production, distribution, and consumption value chains.

Vietnam currently ranks second in ASEAN and is among the top five countries in the Asia-Pacific region in terms of logistics development index.

The integration of technology and the strengthening of collaboration are considered two essential factors for achieving sustainable growth. Digital transformation enhances operational efficiency, reduces environmental impact, and fosters closer partnerships across the entire supply chain.
