HCMC – The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has opened an international agriculture exhibition has opened in Hanoi City, featuring nearly 200 booths of local and foreign businesses and organizations.
AgroViet 2022, which highlights green agriculture and stable development, is attended by 29 foreign businesses, including from Australia, Russia, Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia and New Zealand.
This year, the 22nd such exhibition features a diversity of items ranging from agricultural, forestry and fishery products to food and beverages and organic food of clear origin and protected geographical indications.
Besides, processed agricultural products with new technology, plants and farming equipment are also on display.
Nguyen Minh Tien, director of the Agricultural Trade Promotion Center under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, said the expo was a major annual trade promotion activity.
The event began on September 15 and is scheduled to close on September 18.
