HCMC – More than 300 business executives and experts participated in the Vietnam Global Brand Summit 2024 in HCMC today, November 22, to explore the critical role of sustainability in national and corporate branding.
Themed “Brand-led Sustainability”, the event was co-organized by the HCMC Union of Business Associations (HUBA) and Vietnam Brand Purpose to discuss how branding can promote sustainable lifestyles and responsible consumption.
Speakers shared insights on building sustainable brands, highlighting both challenges and opportunities in transitioning to environmentally and socially responsible practices.
Tran Tue Tri, co-founder and senior advisor of Vietnam Brand Purpose, emphasized the strategic importance of sustainability for Vietnamese businesses. She stated sustainable development is not just a trend but a crucial competitive factor for Vietnamese businesses. Sustainable brands will help Vietnamese businesses make their mark on the global stage.
