Nikko Hotel Saigon has introduced a food program featuring Japanese cuisine prepared by Chef M. Burc Tuncel Trussardi at its 5 Senses Restaurant.
Chef Trussardi brings 33 years of experience in world-renowned, multiple Michelin-starred restaurants to treat gourmets with the finest Japanese dishes.
Trussardi has trained and expanded his craft amongst many great modern-day chefs such as Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsey, and Gary Rhodes. He had the opportunity to cook and serve at many royal events alongside politicians and celebrities.
He has been awarded awards from the prestigious culinary Olympics and had a chance to share his knowledge with the Master Chef TV program all over Europe for five years and in India with several other TV productions for two years.
