HCMC – Food ingredients (Fi) Vietnam, the largest food and beverage (F&B) ingredients exhibition in Vietnam, will stage a strong comeback in October after a two-year hiatus due to the Covid pandemic.
This year’s edition, which will take place on October 12 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre in HCMC, will bring together more than 5,000 F&B professionals from Vietnam and elsewhere in the world, and over 160 exhibitors from 20 countries.
The three-day exhibition, with two co-located events, Beverage ingredients (Bi) and Natural ingredients (Ni), will allow participants to attend three shows in one location for business cooperation and networking. Attendees can also gain valuable insights, source innovative ingredients and learn from industry experts.
Besides, Fi Vietnam 2022 will feature a spotlight product showcase, technical seminars, the Annual VAFoST Young Achievers’ Safe Food Awards, Bi theatre – an area showcasing beverages and ready-to-drink products, a business matchmaking service program and specific conferences.
Since its inception in 2014, Fi Vietnam has rapidly grown into the most comprehensive F&B ingredients event in Vietnam.
In 2021, State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc said Vietnam aspires to become a food innovation hub in Asia. He expressed the need to promote international cooperation for the connectivity of domestic and transboundary innovation networks and to align research and application activities with the demands of businesses, food systems and the economy.
