HCMC – Retail prices of fuels dropped for the fourth consecutive time, with reductions ranging from around VND700 to VND1,200 per liter, at 3.00 p.m. today, September 12.
According to a joint decision by the ministries of Industry-Trade and Finance, bio-fuel E5 RON92 now sells for VND18,890 per liter, down by VND1,080, while the higher-grade RON95-III petrol is capped at VND19,630 per liter, down by VND1,190. Diesel oil now sells for VND17,160 per liter, down by VND930.
Kerosene dipped by VND930 to VND17,790 per liter while heavy fuel oil is down by VND690 to VND14,460 per kilogram.
During this fuel price adjustment, the two ministries continued imposing no surcharges on all types of fuel.
