Lotus flowers are grown all over the country, and preparing lotus tea is popular nationwide. However, Hue-style lotus tea is something special thanks to its aroma, cool and sweet taste.

Tran Thi Thanh Nhi comes from a family with a tea tradition spanning generations. Working as a researcher and teacher of Vietnamese culture and a tea artisan, she realizes that preparing and enjoying tea is a way of preserving traditional values.

She has opened a tea house on Nguyen Thien Thuat Street in Hue City to promote traditional tea to locals and foreigners alike.
