HCMC – McLaren Automotive, a British automotive manufacturer, is set to tap the Vietnamese market in the second quarter of the year, the carmaker said on March 14.
S&S Automotive, an authorized dealer of Rolls-Royce in Vietnam, has been selected as McLaren’s importer and distributor in the country. Vietnam is the 41st market where the McLaren supercar has made a presence.
The first McLaren showroom in Vietnam will be located on Le Duan Boulevard in HCMC’s District 1, starting its operation in the second quarter of 2022.
The showroom will introduce 720S Coupe, 720S Spider, 765LT Coupe, 765LT Spider, Artura and the McLaren Elva car models in the local market.
Founded in 2010, McLaren Automotive, which specializes in manufacturing supercars, is based at the McLaren Technology Center in Woking, England.
