The Anam Mui Ne has opened a new bar, offering a menu filled with cocktails, homemade kombucha, tapas, and smoothie bowls.

The Saigon Bar boasts an extensive drinks menu that includes a wide variety of spirits, beers, wines, soju beverages, signature cocktails, martinis, gin-based cocktails, and sour cocktails.

Bar-goers can customize their mojitos, daiquiris, and margaritas by selecting their preferred fruits, such as mixed berries, strawberries, or red dragon fruit. The bar’s shelves feature an array of boutique spirits from Vietnam and around the globe.

The menu also caters to non-alcoholic preferences, offering Vietnamese coffee, Italian coffee, hot chocolate, milkshakes, loose-leaf green and black teas, freshly squeezed juices, and homemade iced teas.

For food, the bar serves smoothie bowls loaded with fresh fruits and tapas such as a cheese board, deep-fried crab spring rolls, grilled half-sundried calamari, salted and spicy crispy pork skin, and deep-fried potato wedges topped with parmesan cheese.
