Ngan Dinh Saigon, a restaurant renowned for its traditional Cantonese dishes on Dong Khoi Street, District 1, has introduced a special menu this October to celebrate Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20th).
The menu features two dishes: braised spare ribs and Sichuan-style braised chitterlings.
The spare ribs are marinated with three types of soy sauce and distinctive Chinese spices, then braised in a clay pot until tender. The second dish consists of chewy chitterlings, their flavors enhanced by the bold spiciness of various peppers and chillies.
Additionally, diners can enjoy a variety of delectable dishes at the restaurant, including dim sum, fresh seafood, and delicately crafted vegetarian options. A small gift will be offered to female guests on Vietnamese Women’s Day.
