HCMC – As instructed by the prime minister and the Ministry of Transport, nine temporary rest areas along expressways will be made ready to cater to travelers during the upcoming five-day holiday starting from tomorrow.

Along with the two operational rest areas on the section running from Phap Van to Cao Bo expressways, an additional three rest areas have recently completed along the Mai Son-QL45, Nghi Son-Dien Chau, and Dien Chau-Bai Vot sections. This brings the total to five along the 280-km Hanoi to Vinh expressway, each spaced 50 to 60 kilometers apart.

For travelers from Nha Trang to HCMC, three temporary rest stops have been established on the Nha Trang-Cam Lam, Cam Lam-Vinh Hao, and Vinh Hao-Phan Thiet sections. Two more rest stops have been added for those traveling from HCMC to Nha Trang, located on the Cam Lam-Vinh Hao and Nha Trang-Cam Lam expressways.

On the 400-km Nha Trang to HCMC expressway, there are now five rest areas spaced about 70 to 80 kilometers apart.

Additionally, one rest area has been constructed on each side of the Cam Lo-La Son Expressway to accommodate travelers effectively.
