The final weeks of the year place heavier demands on endurance and determination, as millions of workers continue to keep pace with demanding schedules. While expectations for the year ahead grow, Number 1 positions itself as a source of support, accompanying workers as they sustain momentum through the year-end period and prepare for new goals in 2026.
The end of the year has a rhythm of its own. Streets grow busier, workloads intensify and days seem to pass more quickly. As many people begin thinking about holidays, family meals and the New Year countdown, millions of workers are still focused on completing unfinished tasks and meeting deadlines.
For workers, the year-end period often becomes a test of persistence and self-belief. Long shifts, unfinished plans and responsibilities that leave little room for rest are common. Many choose to keep going quietly, without complaint, relying on discipline, routine and the belief that sustained effort will lead to better outcomes.
For more than 20 years, Number 1 has been present alongside Vietnamese workers—from construction sites exposed to sun and wind, to long-haul roads and factory floors operating under intense heat and pressure. The brand says its role is not limited to providing physical alertness, but also to supporting workers’ confidence as they pursue personal goals alongside their jobs. Maintaining this balance, for many, requires both stamina and motivation to continue without giving up.
As the year draws to a close, Number 1 continues its messaging around personal growth through stories of young people featured in its latest TVC. The campaign carries the theme “Fuel Energy – Sustain Passion” and avoids dramatic visuals, instead focusing on everyday moments. The scenes highlight individuals whose contributions often go unnoticed, but who help create value for their families and for society.

Among the stories featured is Thanh Vil, a young drummer who has pursued music from an early age. A graduate in musical instruments from a college in the former Ben Tre Province, he began performing at cafés when he was 15. To support his artistic ambitions, Thanh works multiple jobs, including freelance computer engineering and delivery work.

At night, he devotes himself to music. For him, each drumbeat represents persistence and a personal commitment to stay on the path he has chosen, despite the practical challenges of sustaining a creative career.
Another story follows Hai Yen, a young female racer whose appearance in the TVC reflects a different pace of life. On the track, she faces not only speed and risk, but also skepticism and social pressure. Falls and injuries have not pushed her to stop. Instead, she continues forward, holding the belief that limits only take hold when people decide to give up.
Different paths, shared determination
Although their journeys are very different, Thanh Vil and Hai Yen share a common approach: setting their own goals, taking action and remaining consistent over time—fueled by the resilient energy of Number 1. For Thanh, steady drum rhythms mirror the discipline required to stay focused on music while balancing work. For Yen, each lap and burst of acceleration reflects determination and the drive to move beyond perceived limits.
Together, they represent a younger generation that is willing to follow unconventional paths, accept hardship and place trust in their own abilities. Beyond these individual stories, there are millions of other workers whose daily contributions rarely attract attention but quietly sustain families, businesses and communities.
As one year ends and another begins, workers across sectors carry their own pressures, along with expectations for what lies ahead. Whether on construction sites, in factories, on racetracks or under stage lights, what keeps many moving forward is a combination of passion, discipline and belief in progress.
Number 1 believes that as long as people maintain clarity, enthusiasm, confidence and the energy to push forward, no challenge is insurmountable and no goal is beyond reach. Energy is not only about getting through a shift or completing a journey, but about continuing to pursue dreams, keep striving and affirm one’s own value.

Entering the new year, Number 1 says it will continue accompanying Vietnamese workers by supporting physical endurance and encouraging confidence when facing challenges. The brand’s message emphasizes sustained effort rather than short-term results, with the idea that when motivation is maintained over time, personal limits can gradually be pushed further.
