OnPoint acquires Thai firm to strengthen e-commerce segment

HCMC – OnPoint, a leading e-commerce enabler in Vietnam, has acquired Thai e-commerce enabler CREA to bolster its presence across the Southeast Asian market.

Tran Vu Quang, founder and CEO of OnPoint, described the acquisition as a pivotal step in advancing digital commerce in the region. “By combining our strengths, we are uniquely positioned to help brands succeed in the dynamic and fast-evolving digital economy of the region,” he said.

OnPoint and CREA share the ambition of becoming Southeast Asia’s leading and most innovative e-commerce solutions provider within the next five years. Together, they aim to empower brands to thrive while reaching over 600 million consumers across the region.

Together, OnPoint and CREA serve more than 250 brands, backed by a robust workforce of 600 in-house employees and more than 1,000 outsourced personnel specializing in warehousing, livestreaming, and end-to-end e-commerce operations.

OnPoint and CREA have established themselves as prominent players in Southeast Asia’s e-commerce and social commerce ecosystem. Their services feature robust, AI-driven solutions for content creation, livestreaming, and tailored consumer engagement, enhancing operational efficiency, shopper engagement and customer experiences.
