HCMC – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his delegation have left Hanoi for Dalian, Liaoning, China, to attend the World Economic Forum (WEF) and pay a working visit to China from June 24 to 27.
The PM’s trip follows the invitations of Chinese Premier Li Qiang and WEF Founder and Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab.
Accompanying the prime minister are the minister of foreign affairs, the minister of industry and trade, the minister of transport, the State Bank of Vietnam governor and many other high-ranking officials.
With the theme “New Frontiers of Growth,” the WEF in Dalian this year is expected to feature 1,600 delegates, providing a collaborative and innovative platform to shape future industries and economies.
The PM will also meet with Chinese leaders.
