Pullman Hotels & Resorts has appointed David Stanley De Brito as general manager of Pullman Ninh Binh, the first internationally branded hotel in the northern province, set to open on May 1, 2026.
The appointment marks a key step in positioning Ninh Binh as an emerging destination for both leisure and business travel in Vietnam.
Bringing over 30 years of international hospitality experience, David Stanley has held senior leadership roles across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. A longtime member of Accor, he has overseen numerous hotel openings and large-scale operations, with a proven record of developing properties in emerging markets.
In Vietnam, he previously led Pullman Vung Tau, where he contributed to strengthening the hotel’s market positioning and driving solid business performance. Over the course of his career, he has supervised more than 15 hotel openings, underscoring his expertise in pre-opening and strategic development.
At Pullman Ninh Binh, he will oversee overall operations and strategic direction, focusing on establishing the property as a leading destination in northern Vietnam. The hotel aims to cater to both corporate and leisure segments, while reflecting Pullman’s brand ethos of dynamic, connected and contemporary hospitality.
With its proximity to UNESCO-recognized landscapes, Ninh Binh is gaining traction as a tourism hub. The debut of Pullman Ninh Binh is expected to further elevate the destination’s profile and attract a new wave of international travelers.
