HCMC – A Japanese man fell to his death from the fourth floor of a quarantine center in Binh Duong Province’s Ben Cat Town on the night of August 10, according to the provincial Department of Health.
The deceased was identified as one of the 343 people who entered Vietnam from Japan through the HCMC-based Tan Son Nhat International Airport on July 29, the local media reported.
Binh Duong authorities said the man had shown signs of depression during the quarantine. He and 343 others had earlier tested negative for the coronavirus the first time.
