The Saigon Times Group has given 464 scholarships and essential supplies to students, teachers, and residents in a border commune of Quang Tri Province, as part of its ongoing relief efforts following recent storms and floods in the central region.

On November 28, the “Saigon Times – Great Circle – Sharing love, weathering storms and floods” campaign distributed aid worth VND370 million in Khe Sanh Commune, which borders Laos. The support package included cash scholarships and gifts donated by corporate and individual donors.

Among the direct beneficiaries are 464 students, 35 teachers, and staff at Huong Tan Primary School, as well as residents affected by natural disasters that have struck northern, central, and parts of southern Vietnam in recent weeks.

The Saigon Times Group said the initiative continues its long-standing commitment to community support and urged businesses and individuals to join ongoing recovery efforts.
