HCMC – The Saigon Times Group, in partnership with the HCMC Department of Industry and Trade, will organize a training session on protecting customer personal data in business marketing on October 16.
The event aims to help small and medium-sized enterprises comply with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law, which will take effect on January 1, 2026. The law sets new requirements for the collection, storage, and use of customer information.
Lawyers from HM&P Law Firm will provide legal guidance, discuss case studies, and share compliance checklists. The program will also include a Q&A session between participants and legal experts.
The training is part of the Saigon Times Group’s activities supporting businesses in the 2025 HCMC Brand Awards. It will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Saigon Times Group headquarters, 35 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Ben Thanh Ward, HCMC.
