HCMC – SCI E&C JSC (HNX: SCI) will issue 15.25 million new shares to existing shareholders at VND10,000 per share under a rights offering approved by its shareholders.

The company will finalize the shareholder list on January 14 to implement the offering, according to a resolution adopted at its 2025 annual general meeting.

The shares will be offered at a ratio of two existing shares for one new share, meaning shareholders can buy one new share for every two shares held.

The VND10,000 per share price is higher than SCI’s closing market price of VND9,300 on January 6.

Rights will be transferable once between January 19 and February 2. The subscription and payment period will run from January 19 to February 9, 2026. The newly issued shares can be freely transferable.
