Several cities record unhealthy air quality

Air quality in several Vietnamese provinces and cities deteriorated to poor and unhealthy levels on December 17, according to the Northern Center for Environmental Monitoring at the Vietnam Environment Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
