The Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel has been nominated for “Best City Hotel – Vietnam” at the Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific, a recognition highlighting the property’s efforts to enhance service standards and deliver upscale experiences for international and domestic travelers.
The annual awards, organized by Travel + Leisure, are widely regarded as among the most respected honors in the hospitality industry, celebrating leading luxury brands and destinations across the Asia-Pacific region. Sheraton Saigon’s nomination underscores its continued presence in high-end hospitality segment and reflects strong guest feedback from travelers.
The recognition follows the hotel’s recent expansion with the launch of the Grand Opera Tower in September 2025, a major redevelopment project marking a new chapter in the property’s 23-year history.
Designed as a “hotel within a hotel,” the tower features 120 newly upgraded rooms and suites inspired by the architecture of the nearby Saigon Opera House and traditional Vietnamese craftsmanship.
The project also introduced The Salon, an exclusive lounge aimed at enhancing the guest arrival experience, along with upgraded wellness facilities including a saltwater pool, Garden on the Fifth, and the Evolve Wellness Center.
