On February 19, 2024, Shinhan Life Insurance Vietnam Limited Liability Company (Shinhan Life Vietnam) officially introduced Financial Consultant channel (FC Channel). The introduction of a new distribution channel signifies Shinhan Life’s strong commitment to implementing sustainable and long-term growth strategies in the Vietnamese market, providing Vietnamese customers with access to comprehensive and tailored financial protection solutions.

FC sales office, located at CII Tower, 152 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, is a professional workspace for personal insurance agents. Additionally, it serves as a Customer Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City, directly catering to customers in the southern region.

Since entering the Vietnamese market, Shinhan Life has consistently expanded its business activities with a diverse product portfolio and distribution channels, focusing on specific customer segments.
