HCMC – The Saigon Water Corporation (Sawaco) has to cut off water supply to six districts this weekend to maintain the electricity cabinets of a water treatment plant, reported the local media.
Thousands of households in districts 7, 8, Binh Chanh, Nha Be, Can Gio and Thu Duc City will have no running water from 23:00 on February 18 to 2:00 on February 19.
Water supply will be cut in districts 7, Nha Be and Can Gio and partially turned off in districts 8 and Binh Chanh and Thu Duc City.
Sawaco said it would send water tank trucks to the places most affected.
