A new culinary experience is set to elevate weekend dining in HCMC as The Oriental Pearl at Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection, introduces its monthly Autograph Brunch starting June 1, 2025.

Held on the 66th floor of Vietnam’s tallest building, the Autograph Brunch will take place on the first Sunday of each month, offering guests sweeping skyline views paired with a curated menu of international and local dishes.

The brunch features a range of gourmet selections, including French oysters, Norwegian salmon gravlax, and Australian Striploin Pho Tartare at the raw bar and seafood station. Guests can also enjoy artisanal cheeses from Beillevaire, including truffle-infused Machecoulais, alongside premium cold cuts like whole leg serrano ham and truffle mortadella.

Live cooking stations will serve made-to-order Benedict eggs, foie gras with Yuzu foam, sea urchin cream rigatoni, and porketta roasted with local “Mac Mat” leaves. Roasting stations offer Australian bone-in ribeye and salt-baked salmon, while Vietnamese staples such as Banh Canh Cua and Bo Kho accompany a selection of international favorites.

The experience is enhanced with free-flow drinks, including wine, beer, soft drinks, and an optional upgrade to a Champagne package. Guests are welcomed with Aperol Spritz and can explore a Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar or enjoy tableside wine service guided by in-house expert Quy Long. A live DJ and a dedicated Kids’ Corner complete the atmosphere.

Prices start at VND2,220,000++ per person, with a Champagne-inclusive option at VND3,500,000++.
