Vietnamese businesses are increasingly focusing on boosting labor productivity as a means to enhance overall company performance, leveraging modern management practices and advanced software solutions. Discussions about enhancing company performance often center around the adoption of modern management methods and advanced software tools. Yet, when it comes to selecting the right solutions and implementing them effectively, many businesses remain entangled, struggling to navigate what feels like a complex and confusing matrix. An online talk show held by the Saigon Times Group on July 1, titled “Matrix of Enterprise Performance Management Software: From Expectations to Reality,” discussed various aspects of this issue.
