HCMC – Thu Dau Mot Water JSC (HOSE: TDM) will offer an additional 10 million shares to existing shareholders at VND30,000 per share.
Shareholders will be able to buy one new share for every 10 shares held from January 9 to February 7, 2024. If the share issue is successful, the firm could raise a total of VND300 billion and use it for its expansion plan.
Meanwhile, TDM’s board of directors has approved a 14% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2023, with December 29 set as the record date. In other words, shareholders will get VND1,400 for every share held.
The company’s revenue from January to November rose 19% over the same period last year to VND541.6 billion. Its post-tax profits in this period surged 38% year-on-year to VND274.7 billion.
Closing the trading session today, December 19, TDM inched down by 0.37% over the previous session to VND40,800.
Stock trade tumbled, with volume shedding 9% at 650 million shares and value sliding 13% at VND12.8 trillion. Block deals contributed more than VND1.9 trillion to the overall value, with 88.7 million shares changing hands.
HAG continued to be the most actively traded stock on the market, with nearly 22.3 million shares matched. However, it plunged to its daily lower limit of VND12,400 at the close.
The Hanoi Stock Exchange saw 89 stocks advancing and 68 others declining, with a matching volume of 78.4 million shares worth over VND1.3 trillion. The HNX-Index rose 1.54 points, or 0.68%, to 227.27 points.
