Every June, as it begins to rain day and night, the terraced rice fields in Vietnam’s northern mountainous provinces come alive with new crops. This period is aptly nicknamed “the season of pouring water into the terraced rice fields.”

From Mu Cang Chai in Yen Bai Province to Y Ty in Sa Pa City and Hoang Su Phi in Ha Giang Province, these fields fill with water, creating a shimmering landscape. Under the sunlight, they resemble vast mirrors, reflecting the sky and attracting numerous tourists.
