The Cloud, a lounge on the 48th floor of Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection, has introduced a new cocktail, coffee and food menu themed around HCMC ’s folklore, street culture and daily rituals.
Branded “Saigon, The Tale in Every Sip,” the menu aims to translate the city’s character into drinks and shareable dishes. The Cloud operates as a daytime lounge for quiet meetings and skyline views, shifting into a social venue at night with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the city.
The beverage program is split into two collections. The Thanh Giong Collection draws on Vietnamese folklore, reinterpreting ingredients such as rice and bamboo through contemporary mixology. The Saigon Collection focuses on familiar local flavors including calamansi, tamarind, coconut, coffee and jackfruit, paired with premium spirits.
The food menu features modern comfort bites designed for sharing, including lobster and wagyu spring rolls, corn chips topped with braised beef and cheddar sauce, and potato wedges served with caviar and sour cream.
