TIA Wellness Resort is showcasing its nature-focused approach to wellness through the continued development of its Wellness Garden, a 1,700-square-meter tropical space designed to promote relaxation and balance.
Located within the resort’s Wellness Center, the garden features a wide range of plant life, including rosewood trees, mangroves, towering ferns, taro plants and parakeet flowers. Lady palms, coconut trees and dragon trees surround a central waterfall pool, while jasmine from pinwheel flowers adds a natural fragrance to the open-air setting.
The garden forms part of the resort’s broader philosophy that emphasizes the connection between natural environments and physical and mental well-being.
Guests have access to shaded cabanas and poolside seating, where afternoon tea is served, allowing visitors to enjoy the surroundings at a relaxed pace. For those seeking a more private experience, the resort also offers a waterfall dinner arrangement on request.
The Wellness Garden is open to adult guests and children aged 12 and above, reflecting the resort’s focus on maintaining a tranquil environment.
