HCMC – Cao Khoa and Le Viet Chu, two former chairpersons of the Quang Ngai People’s Committee, have been revoked their titles as the province’s leaders for their wrongdoings while performing official duties.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed a decision on the disciplinary measures against Khoa and Chu yesterday, June 19.
Both individuals were expelled from the Party in April by the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat due to their misconduct.
Previously, Khoa and Chu were arrested by the Investigation Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security to investigate allegations of bribery in a case related to Phuc Son Group.
