HCMC – Bondholders with inaccurate personal information or holdings in court records are now permitted to submit requests for correction of relevant documentation to the People’s Court of HCMC.
On September 27, the court notified affected bondholders in the ongoing trial of Truong My Lan, chairwoman of Van Thinh Phat Holdings Group Corporation, and 33 others in connection with Van Thinh Phat, Saigon Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SCB), and associated entities.
The court is currently verifying the personal information and bond holdings of individuals and organizations involved in the case, which includes allegations of fraudulent asset appropriation, money laundering, and illegal cross-border money transfers.
Bondholders can submit correction requests for six specific bond codes under review: QT2018.12.01, ADC 2018.09, ADC 2018.09.01, ADC 2019.01, SET.H2025, and SNW-2018.10.
These bonds were issued by An Dong Investment Group Corporation, Sunny World Investment & Development Corporation, Quang Thuan Investment Corporation, and HCMC Service – Trading Corporation (SETRA CORP).
Holders of bonds not listed under these codes will not be included in the current proceedings. For assistance, bondholders can contact court clerks Nguyen Quoc Bao and Nguyen Thi Oanh at 0934 115 880.
