HCMC – Around 480 companies from 16 countries and territories are attending the Vietnam International Trade Fair (Vietnam Expo 2024) which was inaugurated in Hanoi today, April 3.
The four-day event at the International Exhibition Center in Hoan Kiem District features a wide range of products and services from industries such as electronics, machinery, food, and technology at nearly 600 booths, up 20% compared to last year.
The 33rd edition of the trade fair is expected to attract more than 20,000 visitors.
In addition to traditional trade promotions, Vietnam Expo 2024 introduces its first-ever virtual platform that allows businesses to connect with potential customers after the event.
Nguyen Hong Dien, minister of Industry and Trade, said the trade show provides an opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services to global audiences.
The event is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising Company (Vinexad).
