HCMC – Vietnamese State President Luong Cuong will pay a state visit to the Lao People’s Democratic Republic from April 24 to 25.
The visit will take place at the invitation of Thongloun Sisoulith, the Party General Secretary and President of Laos, according to Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
