HCMC – Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has approved the Yen Binh 3 industrial park project in Thai Nguyen Province, with a total investment of VND4.14 trillion.
The project, developed by BMK Group, spans 295.34 hectares, and aims to support industrial expansion in the region.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment will oversee the project’s compliance, while other ministries will ensure adherence to sector-specific regulations. Thai Nguyen provincial authorities are responsible for verifying project reports, ensuring alignment with the provincial land-use plan, and managing land acquisition, compensation, and resettlement processes in accordance with the law.
If public assets are involved, local authorities must handle them under public asset management regulations. For land conversion, especially involving agricultural or forest land, authorities must ensure compliance with relevant laws.
BMK Group is tasked with maintaining the legality and accuracy of project documentation, complying with investment, land, and real estate laws, and assuming full responsibility for project risks and costs. The company must also follow forestry regulations for any changes to forest land and carry out compensatory afforestation as required.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will collaborate with provincial authorities to ensure the project complies with forest-use laws and aligns with national forest land targets for 2025 and 2030.
