Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Indochina Kajima have announced that Vietnam’s Wink Hotels brand has officially joined Unscripted by Hyatt, marking the global debut of the Unscripted by Hyatt brand and significantly expanding Hyatt’s presence across Vietnam.
Under the strategic agreement, six operating Wink hotels—Wink Saigon Centre, Wink Danang Centre, Wink Danang Riverside, Wink Tuy Hoa Beach, Wink Can Tho Centre and Wink Hai Phong Centre—have entered the Unscripted by Hyatt collection, increasing Hyatt’s portfolio in Vietnam from four to ten hotels.
Wink Hanoi Westlake is scheduled to open in late 2026. Together, the seven properties will offer more than 2,000 rooms across major cities and emerging coastal destinations.
Commenting on the partnership, Michael Piro, chief executive officer of Indochina Capital and Wink Hotels, said: “Wink was built on the belief that Vietnamese travelers deserve hotels that are modern and technology-driven, while still rich in character. Joining Unscripted by Hyatt allows us to scale this vision globally without compromising the distinctive identity that defines the Wink brand.”
According to Stephen Ho, president of Greater China & Growth, Asia Pacific at Hyatt, Unscripted by Hyatt is a natural fit for Wink’s contemporary, community-oriented ethos, while providing access to Hyatt’s global systems and its network of more than 61 million World of Hyatt members.
