HCMC – OSI Holdings has started work on an office and retail tower in the Starlake urban area in Hanoi yesterday, January 26.

The LEED Gold-certified Oriental Square building will offer green office spaces, advanced technology, and diverse amenities like green terraces and a private cafeteria.

Oriental Square is part of a strategic partnership between Orient Success International Investment (OSI Holdings) and Dai Nam Tien Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.

Nguyen Viet Hai, director of Dai Nam Tien, the project investor, said this project costs VND1 trillion.

Located next to Starlake’s central square, Oriental Square’s proximity to key beltways and future metro stations of Hanoi ensures its convenient connectivity.

The project, inspired by the Eastern architectural style, prioritizes employee well-being by integrating nature into the workspace and fostering a work-life balance.

The project is expected to be completed in 2025. The 28,652-square-meter building will have three basements and 16 floors.
