HCMC – The Saigon Times Group, in coordination with the 2030 Business Club, has presented gifts to underprivileged children at Go Vap Orphanage in Go Vap District, HCMC, ensuring they have a joyful Mid-Autumn festival.

Carrying the theme “Sharing Love – A Joyful Mid-Autumn Festival,” this charitable event took place yesterday morning, September 27, as part of the “Saigon Times – Great Circle 2023” program.

During the event, the Saigon Times Group and the 2030 Business Club, which is under the Saigon Times Club, presented 175 gift boxes valued at over VND80 million to the disadvantaged children. Each gift box contained a lantern, candies and snacks.

Funding for this activity was sourced from the Angel Smiles Fund of the 2030 Business Club, as well as contributions from club members and Saigon Times Group staff.

In addition to receiving Mid-Autumn gift boxes, the children enjoyed a variety of entertaining activities during the morning, including a drawing session, a magic show, a lively clown performance, and a music performance by members of the Saigon Times Group and the 2030 Business Club.

Le Vu Chi Tam, a member of the executive board of the 2030 Business Club, said, “I’m delighted to participate in this activity with my fellow entrepreneurs. Through this program, we can collectively offer more support to underprivileged children.”
