Expats rise up to help residents survive the pandemic

To many people, foreigners are visitors; they come and go. However, during the Covid-19 pandemic, they have proved to be more than just guests, by being one with the community and contributing to its betterment. Giving back to the city they call their home, many foreigners have risen to the occasion and joined programs to help those affected by the pandemic.
