HCMC – The E.N.T (Ear, Nose, Throat) Association of HCMC and Southern Provinces has provided numerous healthcare products to frontline hospitals in HCMC to support them in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
The relief, comprising mouthwash and nasal spray products of the MERAP Group, was handed over to the HCMC Otorhinolaryngology Hospital and the Field Hospital No. 10 for Covid-19 Treatment on September 15, 17, 20 and 21.
The products are expected to help protect the health of patients and health workers at the hospitals during the pandemic.
To Van Hien, deputy director of the Field Hospital No. 10 for Covid-19 Treatment, said, “Thanks to the timely and practical support from the E.N.T Association of HCMC and Southern Provinces and the MERAP Group, we can ensure sufficient healthcare products at the hospital, facilitating the treatment and care for Covid-19 patients.”
Besides, Professor, Doctor Pham Kien Huu, vice president of the E.N.T Association of HCMC and Southern Provinces, and Doctor Truong My Thuc Uyen, deputy director of the HCMC Otorhinolaryngology Hospital, will host a virtual seminar on October 7 to provide useful information on Covid-19 infection prevention and control.
