Danang’s MICE destination promoted in Singapore

Ariyana Convention Center Danang was promoted as a premier MICE destination at The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2024, which took place on April 17-18 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The event highlighted the city’s growing role in the MICE industry, attracting significant attention and accolades from international stakeholders.

The year 2023 saw remarkable success as Danang welcomed 163 MICE groups, totaling 45,344 visitors. In the first three months of 2024, it welcomed 25 MICE groups, with around 9,510 visitors.

MICE groups from diverse international markets, such as Australia, India, Thailand, Russia, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan (China), Singapore and many others, have shown interest and chosen Danang as their event destination.

“We were honored to represent Danang and Vietnam at this prestigious international gathering,” said Prabhakar Singh, director of sales and marketing at Ariyana Convention Center Danang. “The interest we have seen in Danang as a MICE destination at The Meetings Show is a clear indicator of our city’s potential and the effective strategies we have implemented to promote our MICE capabilities on a global stage.”

At the conference, Ariyana Convention Center Danang presented its cutting-edge facilities, tailored event solutions, and commitment to sustainable business practices. These efforts were designed to meet the complex demands of modern international events.

The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2024 proved to be a significant milestone for Ariyana Convention Center Danang to highlight Danang’s readiness to host world-class events, driving the growth of tourism and business in the region.
