Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa appointed Justin Kim as its new executive chef, who will oversee five restaurants and bars, banquets, and hotel F&B activities.
The Korean-Australian chef started his culinary career in 2006 after graduating from the William Angliss Institute TAFE, Melbourne, Australia, and began his profession in this city.
For 18 years, Justin Kim has worked for some of the world’s most reputable brands and properties, including the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, Park Hyatt Busan, and Park Hyatt Seoul. In 2021, he joined Marriott International as the Pre-opening Executive Chef at the JW Marriott JeJu Resort & Spa.
In his most recent role, he has taken care of the culinary team as an executive chef at the Park Roche Resort & Wellness – the Winner of Travel + Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2023 for the Best Beach or Upcountry Hotels category.
Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa has 280 ocean-view rooms and suites, five restaurants and bars, including Altitude – the highest 5-star hotel rooftop bar on Tran Phu Street.
