Grasping the need of green industrial property and sustainable development from foreign investors in Vietnam, Pebsteel has caught up the trend and completed a series of rental warehouse and workshop projects at industrial zones with large scale and diversified investors in terms of organization model, period and cost. In order to meet the extremely high demand of its customer network all over 50 countries, Pebsteel has built 6 factories in Vietnam and one in Myanmar with impressive capacity of over 100,000 tons of steel per year and steel stock up to 15,000 tons. From its first headquarters in Vietnam, Pebsteel has expanded 12 sales offices in 6 Southeast-Asian countries and a large-scaled partner network in Africa and the Middle East.
Pebsteel’s outstanding construction capacity has been shown in over 6,000 works and super-works all over the world. Some Pebsteel’s outstanding achievements are a 14-storey office building in the Philippines; Unilever palm oil refinery with 68-meter record height in Indonesia; 128m clear-span aircraft hangar (Philippines); over-1-kilometer-long Warehouse in Thailand, dome structure for leisure-entertainment resort at Okada Manila (Philippines); Cainiao smart warehouse logistics center in Indonesia, and most lately the project of commercial and residential complex with a large scale of 3 19-storey towers of total floor area 111,000 m2 in the Philippines.
