HCMC – The Vietnam International Bakery Exhibition (VIBS 2024) opened today, December 11, at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7, HCMC, with the participation of over 120 local and international exhibitors.
Organized by Yorkers Exhibition Service Vietnam Co., Ltd. in collaboration with the Taipei Bakery Association (TBA), VIBS 2024 runs from December 11 to 14.
It highlights a diverse array of exhibits, including modern baking machinery, premium ingredients, and a variety of finished baked goods.
The exhibition has drawn strong interest from the global bakery community, with representatives from the International Federation of Chinese Pastry Associations (IFCBCA) member countries such as the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Leading representatives from prominent bakery exhibitions worldwide are also in attendance.
VIBS 2024 provides a platform for trade and business promotion among bakery enterprises locally and internationally. It also serves as a stage for professional bakers from Vietnam and abroad to showcase their creativity and skill in baking competitions held during the event.
