HCMC – HawaExpo 2025, one of Vietnam’s largest furniture exhibitions, opened on March 4 at the White Palace Convention Center in Thu Duc City, HCMC, showcasing the country’s strengths in wood export, design, and technology.

The event, jointly organized by the five largest wood industry associations—Viforest, HAWA, BIFA, DOWA, and FPA Binh Dinh—runs until March 7, featuring top brands in furniture, interior and exterior design, and accessories from across Vietnam.

HawaExpo 2025 highlights the industry’s craftsmanship with a spacious exhibition area displaying over 100 exquisite handcrafted pieces, blending traditional heritage with modern design trends.

A key event at the expo is the Design Talk and the launch of the Hoa Mai Design Award 2025, a creative platform aimed at fostering young designers and promoting new interior design ideas, enriching the ecosystem of “Made in Vietnam” products.

Alongside the exhibition, a series of specialized seminars and workshops focus on e-commerce, logistics, and export standards, equipping businesses with strategies for sustainable growth and international expansion.

The event also offers direct B2B networking sessions, allowing businesses and buyers to engage in in-depth discussions and explore partnership opportunities.

HawaExpo further supports companies in expanding their global reach through the Hopefairs online platform and e-commerce marketplaces.

Vu Ba Phu, director general of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, expressed optimism that HawaExpo 2025 will serve as a vital trade promotion platform, strengthening Vietnam’s position in the global wood market and driving growth in the wood processing industry.
